We are also compliance focussed. All our buyers are required to meet our onboarding process which means they need to meet the requirements of  Know your Customer (KYC) and  Anti Money Laundering (AML).  While also providing a  Customer Information Sheet (CIS) and Proof of Funds, in order to create peace of mind for our sellers, before any viewings or discussions can take place.


We are fully versed in all our assets, hence we are able to  facilitate viewings and meetings with buyers and sellers alike.  

To provide further comfort to our buyers, our hotels cannot be found on multiple search engines or ‘blanket marketed’, unless otherwise specifically requested by the seller.

GLOBAL OUTREACH


Our Global Reach Service has been designed for buyers who have a wish list of hotels that they wish to locate and purchase. After fully understanding the buyer’s criteria, such as location, keys, preference on the operator, EBITDA, and Capex. IGS Property will get to work on locating the quintessential hotel.

Our buyers can also be secure in the knowledge, that the hotels we present are evaluated by our in-house RICS qualified surveyor. Our Hotel Global Outreach Service can travel anywhere in the world.

RICS HOTEL VALUATION

We want to get the best deal for our buyers and sellers. That’s why we offer a detailed hotel valuation service, in order to find the correct value and profitability and yield for your hotel.

Our valuation team has access to the latest market trends and a substantial pool of comparable evidence, to provide a quick and efficient profile of the valuation of each sale or purchase.
